What is your club leaking?

The assumptions, out loud
- 45% clears passively. Some declines resolve on their own — the member notices, the bank retries, the card gets updated. This is the share we assume you're already getting without doing anything, so the calculator doesn't take credit for it.
- 45% of the remainder is recoverable. That's the pool a real sequence goes after. It is an estimate, not a promise, and it varies a lot with how many of your declines are expired cards (highly recoverable) versus closed accounts (mostly not).
- Nothing here counts the second-order money — the members still training on a broken draft, or the ones who would have cancelled and got saved instead. Both are real and neither is in these figures, because they're harder to estimate honestly.
If the math says don't buy the service, don't buy the service.
