What is your club leaking?

Three inputs. The assumptions behind every line are stated and adjustable, because a calculator that hides its math is a sales page wearing a lab coat.

Independent clubs commonly land somewhere between 3% and 8% of billed dues failing in a given month. If you don't know yours, 5% is a reasonable middle. Your billing platform's decline report has the real number, and finding it is the first thing we'd do.

Fee tiers by monthly dues billed: under $10k, we don't sell the monthly service. $10k–$25k is $99/mo, $25k–$60k is $199/mo, $60k and up is $349/mo. The tier scales with the size of the pool being worked so the fee stays below the recovery at every size.

The assumptions, out loud

If the math says don't buy the service, don't buy the service. Under about $10,000 a month in billed dues, a monthly fee eats the recovery no matter how we price it, and the honest answer is the $147 playbook pack so your own staff runs the sequence and keeps every dollar. We'd rather have that conversation now than a refund request in six weeks.

Want the real number instead of an estimate?

Draft Recovery, $299 to start. We map your billing export, build the recovery sequence around your club's actual decline reasons, and run a full pass on everything currently outstanding. You get a report showing exactly what was chased and what came back.

Start recovery — $299Estimate my leak first
Ongoing monthly recovery starts at $99/mo, priced by the size of your billing run, and cancels anytime. If the first pass recovers less than the $299 you paid, the difference comes back — you cannot end up behind.
